Aims
=====
The course will provide an insight into the structure of Early Years Education in England, and learning and teaching pedagogy.
The course will also educate teachers in how to implement the British Curriculum and how to adhere to the British Ofsted Standards.
Expected outcome
===============
1. Participants will get an understanding of the development within the current reality of the Early Education world. Participants
2. Participants will be able to do an analysis for their educational field and identify strengths and areas for improvement, competition and opportunities.
3. Participants will gain knowledge of the British standards for Early Years and the Early Years welfare and curriculum, know how to implement and evaluate the standards and curriculum plans in practice.

Day one ..
=======
1. The course will provide knowledge on facts and figures about the provision of education in the EYs context and provision.
2. It will identify potential areas for development and areas for improvement within the delivery of Early Years education in schools.
3. It will cover how to implement the EYFS curriculum, carry out observations and assessments and use these for effective individual planning.

Second day …
===========
1. Managing individual learning and the needs of the group will also be covered.
2. Planning next steps and how to develop short/medium and long-term curriculum plans for early years will be the main focus.
