Aims
The course will provide an insight into the structure of Early Years Education in England, and learning and teaching pedagogy.
The course will also educate teachers in how to implement the British Curriculum and how to adhere to the British Ofsted Standards.
Description
This course will analyse the education sector.
It provides knowledge on facts and figures about the provision of education.
It will identify potential areas for development and areas for improvement within the delivery of education in schools.
On the second day the course will cover how to implement the EYFS curriculum, carry out observations and assessments and use these for effective individual planning.
Managing individual learning and the needs of the group will also be covered.
On day three planning next steps and how to develop short/medium and long-term curriculum plans for early years will be the main focus.
